How It Works (4-Step Process)

🛒 Step 1: Find Your Supplier

Source your products from platforms like Alibaba or any supplier in China. Make sure to verify their ratings and ask for photos of your items before shipping.

📦 Step 2: Ship to Our China Warehouse

We’ll provide you with a custom shipping mark that your supplier must attach to your package. This lets our Guangzhou warehouse know where to send it — Manila, Cebu, or Davao. Your package will be consolidated with others to save on costs.

🚚 Step 3: Pay Upon Arrival

Once your package arrives in the Philippines, we’ll notify you and send your invoice. After payment, you can pick up your item at our warehouse in Manila, Cebu, or Davao.

🏠 Step 4: Doorstep Delivery (Optional)

Want it delivered to your home or shop? We can handle that too! Just let us know and we’ll arrange door-to-door delivery. Additional delivery charges will apply based on your location.

What’s the minimum shipment size I can send?

We accept as low as 0.12 CBM. Anything below that is charged a flat rate.

Do I need to register or submit documents?

No, we handle all customs requirements. Just make sure your package has the correct shipping mark.

What is a shipping mark?

It’s a custom label we provide that your supplier must attach to your box. It tells our warehouse where to send it (Manila, Cebu, or Davao).

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Estimated time is 2–4 weeks via sea, and 3–7 days via air (after arriving at our warehouse)

When do I pay?

You’ll receive an invoice once your item arrives in the Philippines. Payment is required before pickup or delivery.

Can you deliver directly to my home?

Yes! We offer door-to-door delivery. Just let us know and we’ll include the delivery fee in your invoice.

Where can I pick up my package?

You can pick up from our warehouse in Cebu, Davao, or Manila, depending on where it was directed.
